How I Felt:

  • i was still sore from Sunday’s WOD, especially my “wings” from the pull ups.
  • this is a typical Josh WOD.

How I Felt:

  • sweat! sweat! more sweat! started dripping the end of the first pose
  • my left knee is getting better every day.  I can do the awkward pose with a full squat now.
