  • I felt really good! but josh was dying because he surfed 3 hours last night
  • Barbara, the instructor,  walked the whole length of the French Way, I learned. I walked the last part from Leon to Santiago.

How I Felt:

  • I felt much better than last time: this studio does not have floor heat and I was better rested.
  • will go back to do some WoD after my knee is fully recovered.

  • I felt so weak today that I had to go out twice to breathe.  Still felt the fatigue from traveling this week.
  • the body condition is different every time.

How I Felt:

  • I realized floor heat is different from air heat.  San Diego Yoga Center has floor heat, which is more unbearable/stressful to the body even if it’s the same temperature.

How I Felt:

  • Tuesday was great! Wednesday was hard, Friday was harder!
  • did a drop-in at San Diego Yoga Center today.  Mira Mesa location is always crowded and the facility is small; on the other hand, SDYC has a large facility and never many people in class.  Not sure why.

How I Felt:

  • I’m more getting used to it and I noticed that I can focus more on the precision of the poses.  very happy about the new experience into more refined layers of the precision. Also I noticed that my body can be more relaxed between poses.
