  • very high humidity! almost had to come out to breathe, but I restrained myself. but my poses were great!

  • the instructor didn’t let any air in and he set the humidifier to high – sweated bullets!
  • stretched and loosened up a bit before class, which made a significant difference, especially for back bend and front blend.

  • prior class stretching and massaging were helpful to get rid of morning rigidness
  • want to impress my black bend. lately my back bend hasn’t been up to my expectations. however, my half-moon and forward blend has been phenomenal 😉 – not trying to brag or anything.

  • first time went to this silent yoga session.  Charlene had a nose bleeding.
  • I think I like the regular sessions better – more structured.

  • Carrie didn’t come :<
  • Gary told me today was his #144.  I told him he could never catch up with me ;), but he said he will do 56 more this year to reach 200, even if that means he has to come twice per day some times.  I’m watching him!!
