  • sometimes, going to yoga is like a dream – not sure it’s real or not, if I went or not, especially when I didn’t talk to anyone there.  just came and went.  I’m having a end-of-the-old-year and beginning-of-the-new-year vertigo.
  • so many new instructors lately. people are trying out new things. restlessness. #metoo.

  • another new instructor – Arie, he was pretty good.  it’d better having shorter poses than prolonged ones.

  • today’s temp and humidity were perfect: hot enough to sweat plenty but not too much so I can still be strong enough to do full expressions.  feel really good! it makes me really happy afterwards.

  • another new instructor today.  Her style is opposite of Phil’s: poses are shorter than unusual but rhythmic.

  • it was hot and tiresome today, because today was Phil’s first time instructing: lacking of rhyme mainly.

  • had wonderful experience in camel and rabbit poses
  • Shane gave good instructions on the bow pose
  • Gary complimented my precision on execution of my poses – thanks, but I’m not that good.
